Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I am pretty sure the current implementation will check it regardless of the user being adults only or not. This needs to be changed/fixed so we don't get false positives.
